About Me
As a counsellor and family mediator with over 25 years of experience I am a skilled communicator and well organised. I am comfortable with putting people at their ease, encouraging you to tell your story. Reading, writing and performance has been my passion since school days. I have written and performed poetry at public poetry slams, eulogies for friends and family, written short stories and plays. In 2016 I self-published a memoir, ‘Shetland Saga,’ about a year spent living and working there.
Becoming a professional celebrant gives me the opportunity to bring together my knowledge, work experience, skills, and passions into a beautiful circle of life that offers further purpose and meaning to my life. I believe I can offer you and your family something sincere and special that celebrates and honours in every way.
I live in Teddington, South-west London with my Welsh husband of 44 years. I have two adult children and three grandsons. Nature and art are my other loves.
I am trained by the International College of Professional Celebrants (ICPC) and am working towards the National Open College Network's Certificate in Civil Celebrancy Level 3.

My location
I am based in Teddington, South West London and offer free travel for my services within a 25 mile radius of Teddington.
Cost of travel and overnight stay is negotiable depending on location of venue. I am happy to travel abroad. Please contact me to discuss arrangements.
